Completed in 2020 this 16-story civic building has office space for approximately 1,800 City employees including a one-stop Permit Center to make it easier for residents and businesses to get City permits. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill partnered with GraphicUser as the Local Business Enterprise (LBE) to design the comprehensive signage program that included required code components, wayfinding, and architecturally integrated specialty graphics.
